  • Nostalgic in New York
    by Jennifer Lopez 462 0 0
Even with all the changes throughout the years, New York remains a classic American city that will forever be timeless. It is frozen in an era long gone, in an time where big band jazz and swing ruled the night and when it became world renowned as the city that never sleeps. It’s a city that never stops moving and never stops changing, but it is a place that will never loose its essential character. Neon lights and LCD screens may have replaced the older look of places like Times Square, but it’s history is still alive today and its style has never died. While new buildings with modern looks continue to be built, the classic architecture of the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings, the historic Brooklyn Bridge and so many other locations has helped New York maintain its timeless look and feel. It is a place that has become the epitome of the melting pot that is America and has earned the nickname The Empire City. No other city in the world has quite the same feel as New York and no city has been as able to retain its unique character through decades of change.

  • Journey Part 2: Everything Old is New
    by Jennifer Lopez 455 0 0
This is the second timelapse video in the Journey installation. I wanted revisit a lot of locations in Los Angeles I knew pretty well and find new ways to shoot them and get a couple shots that I have been wanting to get for some time now. Its a totally urban video, which is much different from "Journey Part 1". But even in a very urban environment like LA, nature is all around you...just a different type of nature than you would find out in a forest or desert.

  • IMPACT
    by Jennifer Lopez 407 0 0
Impact tells the story of the mental journey of a high diver in the seconds before his jump. Impact is a world first in several respects: The vertical format – 4K – 1000fps slow-motion – the environment (underwater and cliffs). Impact is a team imaging adventure, directed by Jean-Charles Granjon and shot in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of southeast France. This is thus a condensed reflection of the cinematic expertise of Marseille, southeast France. Lionel Franc, world champion cliff diver head first is the "hero" of Impact. Line producer: Bluearth production - Vertical film Post Production : La planète rouge If you like it, please fellow and share these facebbok pages: facebook.com/impact134k

  • MTJP | Acadia
    by Jennifer Lopez 431 0 0
MTJP | Acadia is the culmination of several weeks spent exploring Acadia National Park during peak fall color. This film is, in part, a celebration of Acadia's upcoming centennial. It is dedicated to George Dorr. Sculpted by Glaciers and landscaped by beavers, Acadia is full of wonderfully unique features. Rounded mountains, tranquil ponds, rocky coastline, & some of the most beautiful trails in the world comprise this marvelous wonder. This film was shot entirely in 4K.

  • The "Little" City of Brotherly Love.
    by Jennifer Lopez 404 0 0
As a child I always imagined what it would be like to be within the miniature toy sets that I use to play with. Or what it would be like to be on one of those Tyco Slot-Car racetracks. In this time-lapse video, I used the Tilt-shift effect to turn Philadelphia into a miniature city. Instead of solely capturing the city from a bird’s eye view, I decided to capture some of the shots from ground level. Giving a closer look into the tiny city.
