Job Description

1. Be a translator for the expat GM from Vietnamese to English or vice versa
2. Work closely with GM and sales team and report directly to GM 
3. Work as a team with internal and external departments to achieve sales target. 
4. Excellent to communicate in English on correspondence with customers/others effectively 
5. Report and follow up on sales planning and promotion by closely working with sales team. 
6. Support sales team on reports and KPI follow up 
7. Assist GM for arrangement for trip/market visit and customer's visit
8. Make customer contact and market survey report about market situation 
9. Update sales report for promptly use for GM to make timely decision
10. Other jobs as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Female, age not above 35 years old 
2. Bachelor Degree in business administration field and bachelor of Arts (English) 
3. Experience 2-5 years in International Trading and/or food products 
4. Excellence in English with advance English language skill 
5. Computer literacy in MS Office ((Word/Excel/PowerPoint) or other office tools) 
6. Be able to work under pressure and with flexible hours
7. Eager to learn new things
