Job Description

- Schedule and manage CEO calendar and travel arrangements;
- Draft and/or prepare memorandums and business correspondence for CEO, ensuring the accuracy of all documents provided;
- Organize and prioritize incoming calls received CEO (re-routing or assisting callers as needed);
- Maintain departmental correspondence for CEO;
- Interpret & take minute of meeting, translate documents as CEO’s request;
- Pull, research, or enter data into spreadsheets and/or databases as CEO ‘s request;
- Work on the task list from CEO and report to him daily;
- Maintain and enhance efficient filing system ensuring easy access to key documents;
- Manage the calendar of driver.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Female only, Age from 25 -28
- Professional appearance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Admin Assistant / Secretary with an international firm or joint venture company at Executive level;
- Excellent in Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese - Secretary experience (about 2 years)
- Can travel and work extra hours needed when required (such as changing flights, book cars … on weekend if any)
- Dynamic, Hardworking, supportive, proactive, initiative & reliable.
- Good at time management, organizational, coordination, and communication skills (verbal and written);
