Job Description
  • To source, attract, select and recruit the desired number and quality of staff to meet operational requirements on a timely basis.
  • Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and negotiates salary package and remuneration of new hires.
  • To conduct orientation programme for new hires.
  • To set-up, maintain ad update staff records, including personal files, leave records, etc.
  • Exit Management.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure the accuracy at all times.
  • Ensure employee development and performance management.

  • Develop, maintain and implement HR policies, procedures and programs to meet the needs of the organisation and comply with legal requirements and relevant labor law in Vietnam.
  • Corporate HR Communications and Planning/Execution of Staff Engagement Activities
  • To provide HR service support to staff relating to their enquiries.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR/related field of study.
  • At least 3 Years' of experience as a HR Generalist in MNC environment.
  • Meticulous with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition.
  • Able to work independently.
