Measures of success

 After 3 months, you would have

Demonstrated understanding of delivering an excellent service for clients which aims to exceed expectations.

 After 6 months, you would have

Have formed trust between your team and your clients in terms of consulting and identifying opportunities to promote and sell HOM services to client.

 After 1 year, you would have……

Be the go-to person for your client when it comes to operational management of communications planning.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • To proactively lead the overall communication planning/implementation planning process to provide insightful communications plans
  • Working with the clients to arrive at the best process/systems for managing their business
  • Working with the Investment teams to promote your clients’ interests with strategically important media owners
  • Take part in new business pitches and provide insightful and comprehensive communications solutions as and when required to do so
  • Strong team player in the communications group and with relevant Investment and HOM teams
  • Manage the team day to day acting as a mentor to junior employees.  Conduct annual and interim appraisals of team members. Provide the opportunity for team members to be involved at client meetings. Supervise all work, in terms of its quality, accuracy, insightfulness and innovation.
Additional Information
What you will need
  • At least 6+ years’ of experience in strategic media planning/management and is well versed in various media channels.
  • An interest in overall market development including new technology and other digital formats as well as having strong local media knowledge.
  • Strategic and creative in thinking with a business oriented mindset.
